High Strung, looked for it just about anywhere...

Being this my very first post, I must say that I will celebrate that I finally found this great movie "High Strung". You have to watch it...

High strung is an independent film created by O Entertainment founder Steve Oedekerk and released on VHS, you know, the big, black cassette, by Rocket Pictures. It starts Oedekerk as Thane Furrows, an uptight children's author who rarely leaves his house, eats only cereal and is irritated by everything around him. Despite the lack of a release on DVD, High Strung has developed and maintained a strong cult fan base. This is Jim Carrey's 13th film role.

Para los que no sabes ingles o les da flojera, estoy abriendo este blog con la celebracion que conlleva encontrar una pelicula que llevas buscando por demasiado tiempo.

High Strung es una pelicula recomendable tipo comedia que, aunque tiene la participacion del ya reconocido Jim Carrey, no es la estrella, asi que no esperen verlo en pantalla principal.

Esta pelicula cuenta la historia de Thane Furrows en uno solo de sus dias que bien podria ser el ultimo. Thane se queja de todo, desde la leche que se queda al fondo del tazon cuando comes cereal hasta las relaciones sentimentales pasando por los tipos de meseras y como el sentimiento de ternura podria terminar en asesinato.

En fin, para todo acaba diciendo "preferiria estar muerto", pero no sabe que la muerte tiene una regla al respecto.
